Royal TS 5 crash - msmpeg2vdec.dll_unloaded

Royal TS 5.0.11022


Occasionally (once every few days) RoyalTS will just suddenly close, no prompts or notifications.


Event viewer shows the following error:

Hi Dag,


we have a couple of users who reported that the latest Windows (1903) resolved the crashes. If this still happens with 1903 for you, I recommend using the Windows feedback hub to report the issue to Microsoft.

Okay. My organization is controlling the upgrading of Windows. We are now on a lower version. 
Quite often Royal ts crashes when I work on Microsoft Teams. Have you heard this context before?
