Most of the time when documenting, or escalating, or recording issues I don't need the full desktop screenshot. More often I need a specific window or region of the screen. Can you add an option to Select/Crop out a part of the active screen and copy to the clipboard.
Onenote has a great implementation of this type of feature, but we use RoyalTS on secured workstations that aren't allowed office installs. Having a toolbar action to "Copy a portion of the screen" would be great.
