I guess you are referring to the indentation in deeper levels. Right now, we can't really decrease the indentation as the tree control we are using doesn't allow that. We might be able to improve this at some point in the future though.

I am trying out the new V7 Beta, and have noticed that the Navigation pane has a lot of extra spacing between the icons and text in the tree which has the effect making the tree a lot wider than V6.
